Are the Aquila Nylgut strings higher tension than the Worth Clears?

Just checking my understanding here. The Aquila Nylgut strings exert more tension on a uke than a set of Worth Clears, correct? (I recently had someone tell me otherwise, but I find it hard to believe). Thank you!

What size ukulele are you using? The Worth clears in tenor size come in their normal and heavy tension sets. I have Worth heavy tension clear low G on one tenor and Aquila Nylgut on another tenor (with the red series unwound low G) and they feel roughly the same tension. The Aquilas feel thicker though.

We just swapped out some old Aquilas for new Worth Clears on our Applause Tenor. For me, there was no noticeable change in string tension.

This is just my experience, but I found the Worths to have more tension than the Aquilas. YMMV.
