Reference to Lacy Act in a Video on Why You Should Never Talk to Police if Arrested

The recent thread on clones of the Flea reminded me of this video about not talking to the police if you get arrested. It was way off topic there, but if you are interested here is the link. Its very long but interestingly mentions the Lacy Act (about importing foreign wood etc) starting at around 6 1/2 minutes.
