I don't have much time to play recently; however, I leave my Collings out so I can play it at any time.

This post is to attest to the Collings toughness. I have hit tables, walls, doors, kitchen appliances with my Collings. All accidentally and with varying forces. I've hit the Collings edges and surfaces many times. My boy also puts forces on the neck and soundboard face.

For the life of me, I can't see or feel any dings on the Collings. I feel like it should be dinged up with at least 10 visible flaws; but, no... It looks to be in great shape.

I am impressed with its Superman teflon coat. I've dinged some Koa uke(s) before so I know how to ding ukes; but, it just seems like the custom Collings I purchased from Eugene can take a beating and show no signs of wear from it.

I have a Sprucehouse that is like that. No strum marks no dents, and I can be really rough on things. I am always knocking into something. Congrats on getting such a great uke.
