Hi Team!

Any one able to point me in the right direction to buy Software to project Lyrics and Chords onto a screen, using a Bouncing Ball Karaoke Style Presentation to Highlight Lyrics and / or Chords as the song progres's.

I appreciate the software would need to be driven by an audio background driving the Highlighting / Bouncing Ball.

Would Guitar Pro Six, Go Play or some similar style of Software handle this application?

I only use Guitar Pro 6 to print scores and chord charts for ukulele.
[My only complaint is it doesn't support my preferred low G tuning.]
I don't use any of the audio features at this time.

I tried out the play feature on a song I scored, and I think it worked the way you envision.
[There was no audio because I never set it up.]

The current bar highlights in yellow, and a blue vertical line is the cursor for the current note position.

It played it real time, followed the repeat markings, etc.
I think it would work for your application.

I wanted to add that completely scoring a song in Guitar Pro is very labor intensive, at least for me.
Several hours per tune, in my experience, but I don't have a music theory education.

Getting every note and measure perfect for pitch and timing, and then making every syllable of every lyric line up correctly.

Is this for teaching, group play, sing-alongs, ???
