Photos?? Depends... are you looking for a player or a wall hanger? Aesthetics or function/sound? Are there cracks that may need to be repaired as well? Also depends on whether you'd want to resell at some point. Many hard-core vintage collectors prefer "as-is" aged appearance vs. restoration.
Everything Gmoney said. Find out what it might be worth? Could it possibly be worth $1000's? Then don't mess with it. If it is only ever going to be just an interesting old uke you can restore without fear of destroying the value.
