becarefull when u buy something from the internet

because sometimes it comes in the mail broken like today i order a new dean markley transducer n when i open it the box is wrinkled n the wire is broken, i can post a pic now but i have to go to work so ill just put up pics later, im kinda dissapointed

Who did the shipping; USPS, UPS, FedEx? Insured or uinsured? If you ordered from a reputable company, pretty sure they'll take care of ya.

ouch, that really hurts. The transducer really is a great little thing to have around. adds a whole new dimension to playing a uke.
