I Heard It Through The Grapevine

Well...I expected this to be good...

...and I wasn't disappointed! Great job on one of my favorite oldies!

Love every video you post. This one's maybe the best yet. Thanks.

And when will you be booking your US tour?

Motown is a great style for you two, but many styles seem to suit you...
How about a Tina Turner number next? Maybe you can create a glitter-dome studio with something from the thrift shop.

Tina Turner, hmmm, a fine singer for sure. Don't like the 80ties stuff, but the older recordings are top stuff!
Thanks for the recommendation, they're always welcome! :)

NICE! Bringing the Motor City to us...well done guys!
While we are on the subject:

Love me some Tina as well :)

Thanks for the great vid! Wow, she's like the female James Brown! :) :nana:
, brother!

Every time I watch one of your videos, my reaction seems to be Wow!

This is great. You really get feeling into a song. And, Miriam, that is one loud uke.

Great stuff

Thank you very much! I'm really happy with this Kamaka Pineapple White Label uke (from about 1980), it has a warm, clear and loud sound. Whenever we play with two ukes this soprano is stronger than for example the Kala Tenor Steffen plays.

Love Motown, but I always thought this song was hard to pull off on uke. Great job!

The chords are very easy, tricky might be the singing while playing the miniriff. Of course the bass helps a lot. Thank you! Miriam
