A buddy of mine picked this Banjo Uke from an estate sale some time ago and I would like to purchase it from him. It ain't the prettiest thing in the world, but it has some charm to it. It needs a small amount of work done on it (new pegs, new vellum, general clean up, etc.), but otherwise is in playable condition. I would like to use it for a little bit of oldtime music and hot jazz after its all fixed up. The head is about 6" in diameter and the pot is all metal, the length of the uke from head to bottom is +/- 20". The only marking on it is "PAT.APP.FOR" which is stamped on the back. I'm thinking it's probably in the $50- $75 dollar range, but I want to give him a fair price for it (he is a buddy after all) Hopefully somebody here has come across one of these...Thanks!
