That's so pretty, I haven't heard it before! Beautifully played, too! Did you work out the fingering and chords yourself, or get it from a tab?
It is a tab from Roy Smeck's ukulele method. Some easy pieces for beginners fun and nice music... (it is for D tuning, but it's ok with tabs...)
