Tell me about UU+

How long after you pay your $$ do you have to view UU+? Is there a certain time period or do you get to view only the lessons that have been posted up to the time you started or do you get to view subsequent lessons. Would love to subscribe, but would like to know all the ins and outs. Thanks.
