Very similar to Martin in both construction and sound. I never thought I'd sell this but have found myself with 2 excellent concerts and can only keep 1. no issues whatsoever, 2 tiny nicks on an edge where I bumped it coming through a narrow door once, not noticable unless you really look, other than that some very light strum wear [ and I mean light], no other flaws. these are light as a feather and this one has a tone almost identical to my vintage Martin 0. comes with perfect fitting tweed case.
These are about $700 new, and that's without such a nice case.

correct, concert scale and body, 12 frets. Their KTC-2 has 19 and is $130 more. Honestly, I never play above the 12th fret and actually find fingerpicking more comfortable without the fretboard over the body. some claim the top is freer to vibrate too.
