It's a beauty. Very light and, yes, very thin. The sound is amazing. Low G, Worth strings and is a very mellow rich sound. Comparing Lanikai tenor then up to the KoAloha is night vs day. The workmanship is truly wonderful.

Either accoustic or hooked up to 20 watt Ibanez Troubador accoustic amp with natural sound is a beautiful thing. Someday soon my playing ability will improve to the point where I can do it justice.

HMS service was excellent. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Cheers!

Arrived this past week from HMS. Koa is beautiful as is craftsmanship. Sound with Worth strings, Low G is very rich and mellow. Comparison pic is with a Lanikai tenor. I'm loving this uke.
