A beautiful song published in 1941. Music by Victor Schertzinger and lyrics by Johnny Mercer. Johnny Mercer was in love with Judy Garland. He wrote this for her and presented it to her the day after she married David Rose.

Very nice, Myrna. You might like "The Johnny Mercer Story" documentary, which somebody uploaded to YouTube. It goes into some detail about the affair with Judy Garland. Just search for "Johnny Mercer Documentary". It's split into several pieces, but worth the trouble. Happy strumming!
