I'd taken this video down since I updated the printed music and TAB. But someone asked me to repost this and another instructional video, "Picking Pattern #1". Anyway, this is the F Major Exercise that works both with low and high G.

Thanks much Teek. That video was back when the pineapple was still new. Now it's louder than ever!
