I know this has been asked a zillion times, but it is always changing. Me, I'm working on House Of The Rising Sun, the strum pattern they use in Ukulele For Dummies. Also, working on Bob Dylan's, Bob's one of my favorites, Stuck Inside Of Mobile With The Memphis Blues Again.

I always enjoy these "what are you working on" threads, thanks for starting a new one!

Right now, a few for my uke ensembles(s):
So Nice/Summer Samba
Blue Moon
Eleanor Rigby
Sophisticated Hula

And solo/duet stuff:
The Girl from Ipanema
Mozart's K545/Piano Sonata in C, also called Sonata Facile (and proving to be anything but facile!)
You Belong to Me
It Could Happen to You
Piggies

All subject to change at a moment's notice!

yes sir that's my baby
by the light of the silvery moon
old time religion
everybody does it in hawaii
paper doll
i bid you goodnight (traditional african lullaby/gospel)
love minus zero/no limit

I just bought a Dylan chord songbook! Working on It's All Over Now, Baby Blue and Don't Think Twice, It's Alright

Always interested in what UUers are playing. I'm always getting new ideas and inspiration from the Seasons of the Ukulele contests, as you'll see from my list:

Learned for the 27th Season of the Ukulele:

London London (Caetano Veloso)
Se Mi Quieres Escribir (Spanish folk song)
Spanish Bombs (The Clash)
Washington Bullets (The Clash)

Learned for the 28th Season of the Ukulele:

Whistle (Flo Rida)
Good Time (Owl City and Carly Rae Jepsen)

Just for fun:

The Waltz You Saved for Me (Gus Kahn, Wayne King, Emil Flindt)
Home on the Range (traditional)
Washington Bullets (The Clash)
minor key jams with Dm, Gm, and A7
Crazy G (my version's more like U900's version than Jake's version)

One of my Hawaiian music ukulele classes is preparing for the Maui Ukulele festival in october, and I've been practicing the songs we're going to play there.

By myself, I've been working on:

I'll Never Find Another You
Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow

I'm also working on several original songs for which I have written the chords and melodies. I play these songs incessantly, waiting for lyrics to pop into my head. (It's already worked with one song, but not so much so far with three others.)

Keep Your Eyes On The Hands
Good For The Tongue (Good For The Wrist)

Lately I've been working some of the 1960s songs that sounded like 1920s songs.

Winchester Cathedral.
D W. Washburn.
Honey Pie.
Etc.

I grew up with these songs and loved them back then and now.
People I play for seem to like them too.

I'm working on Bob Dylan's "Buckets of rain" in open tuning.

Glad to see some more Bob Dylan fans here. He uses some strange chords sometimes and the timing can be sorta strange, but I think it gives good practice. A nod to Bob.

"Isn't It A Pity" and Jethro Tull's "Skating Away". Gonna give the Bee Gees "How Do You Mend A Broken Heart" a go next.
