anyone got a tatty 6" or 7" banjo uke they no longer play?

I'm intrigued by the other, cheaper, small Gibson UB1-like instruments like the little Slingerland i.e. that have tension hooks. Has anyone got a small pot instrument needing some work that they want to move on? Or even a partial swap with an old 8" banjo uke, if you are in the UK.

can't see anything... and I presume it was a posh Gibson at top dollar.
Anyone with a small Slingerland or SS Stewart or something?

Do you search ebay uk and save the search? That way, ebay email you when something comes up - it's really useful! Just search Slingerland banjolele and save it.... I bought mine from the States but I didn't like the import charges one bit....
