Anaheim or Cerritos uke fest in 2012?

Has anyone heard if there will be a uke fest this year in the greater LA area? I can’t find any information and I noticed their former domain (www.californiaukulelefestival.com) is now for sale.

It doesn't look good...

I guess when you run a festival you need to do a good job, or you may not get another chance.
Was it last year when the date was changed like two weeks before the event?

I was wondering about that, too, and I can't find anything on it.

Last year's fest was held at the Muzeo and there's nothing on their site about one this year.

I haven't heard a word about it either, and last year Uncle Charlie had told me his plans many months in advance. I know it has been a money losing event, so I would be surprised if it happened this year.
