Talk about being in the right place at the right time! I was on facebook when Mim posted about a special one-time-only deal on the Lanikai solid zebrawood tenor (with cutaway and Fishman pickup, and slotted headstock), below dealer cost. She had 3 to sell. I jumped on it 12 minutes after she posted it (it would have been ten, but I had to negotiate with the wife), and at the half hour mark all had been sold! Happy birthday to me (this coming Sunday)! What excellent timing. I can't say enough about doing business with Mim, for those who've not purchased from her. FAST response time, efficient shipping, and a really great setup. My birthday present last year came from her too (a tenor Eleuke)--maybe I'm starting a new tradition for myself? (note--don't tell my wife I said that). I'll post pics, etc. when I get it.
