I bought my girlfriend a dolphin uke last christmas and its started to grow on me. I wanted to get a uke of my own but decided the concerts size would probably be a bit better since I have long arms/fingers. I went looking on ebay because local stores have crap selection and I wasn't looking to break the bank on my first one. I decided that this Zebrawood one(chose this over a mahogany one that was $10 less) looked beautiful and has sealed geared tuners. Did I make a good choice? To get a similar sized lanikai would have cost me $80 and didn't look nearly as nice.
I bought the 23' Concert.

A lot will depend on how well the uke is set up when you receive it. I've never heard of this brand of uke but it is likely it is made in the same factory that turns out the same uke for many different labels. Just as an aside, there are factory blem Lanikai LU21's on ebay for around the same price:

They will not be as flashy in appearance but the LU21 is a solid starter uke.

I saw those LU21's with factory blemishes but most of them were pretty unsightly and still cost around $70 shipped to where I live.

Here's a general idea on how to check your uke for setup/intonation issues. Action may be high, may not. String at the 1st fret and the 12th should register the same on your tuner, or veeerrrrryyy close to, if set up properly.
