question

many thanks to all of you: and dollar ukulele which I could not buy the 3000 costs and similar sounds?

I like the sound a little more harmonious, my ukulele sound so high and more "flashy"

I think you're faking it to make me feel better. Every time I've visited Germany, you Germans could speak better English than the people I was with. ;)

Kanile'a makes less decorative ukes, which should have a similar sound. However, every ukulele has it's own unique sound, so make sure you hear the one you are buying before purchase. http://KanileaUkulele.com/k-1_concert.php?osCsid=ff51525851f9efc32ad4a1bf9640439d
Kanile'a is made in Hawaii.
Kanile'a now imports Islander ukes to offer a lower price point. http://www.islanderukulele.com/page1.aspx

This is the least expensive Kanilea Koa tenor, it and it's concert sized counterpart are commonly referred to as "The Tone Monster." Some may argue, but it should sound about as good as that Aldrine model if set up properly and played with skill.
