Adios, Andy.

Got Moon River in my Daily Uke book, will give that a run-thru tonight.
That was one of my Mom's favorite movies and favorite songs.

We had his records in the house and watched his TV shows when I was a kid, he sure could sing.

RIP Andy Williams, and my condolences to his loved ones and fans. "Moon River" is iconic and represents Henry Mancini/John Mercer at their best, and "Breakfast at Tiffany's" (with all of Mickey Rooney's insuting portrayal of Holly Golightly's building manager edited out) is a favorite movie. Andy Williams was also great about exposing new music (including the Osmond Brothers) on his television show. He will be missed.
