I am selling my Pono PKT-2E tenor ukulele. It has a passive pickup. It is solid, mastergrade curly Koa (front, back and sides). The pictures just don't do it justice. Don't confuse it with the current Acacia Ponos. :) It is bound in Ebony with rope binding/purfling. Rosewood fretboard and bridge. Paua shell rosette. It also has a truss rod. They are no longer being made. My understanding is that when these were made, they were one of the highest end Ponos available.

It is in excellent condition. It sounds just as good as it looks. Once again, I'm only selling because I am now building ukes. I've got way too many musical instruments filling up my apartment that aren't getting played (see my Kelii FS thread).

I *think* these retailed for around $900, which makes sense because the Pono AT-5 Acacia Pro Tenor, which is similar, just not Koa, goes for $929 plus $100 for the passive pickup.

I'm asking $650 plus shipping. I'm always open to reasonable offers. Mahalo.
