Recently traded my Mainland Red Cedar Pineapple for it because as much as I loved the Pineapple I didn't love the soprano scale and it really didn't get played.
I played a Flea @ UWC and liked it so I made a trade a couple of weeks ago. I love the Flea too. Especially after putting Living Water strings on it. Great sound and projection. But I'm not getting along with the wider string spacing and wider fretboard. I'm sure it's great for many but my short stubby fingers don't like it.
And now Mainland is offering a Concert Neck Red Cedar Pineapple. GOTTA HAVE IT. I'm partial to long neck sopranos and I loved that soprano except for the scale.
I just priced a new Tiki Flea with concert neck and denim gig bag and it comes to $269. A new set of Living Water Strings is $14. Now you're up to $283. Plus shipping. $300?
