nothing to forgive, great playing. looks like you are picking up on the 3,2,1 strings, instead of down as in traditional clawhammer? is that right? I have found the down pluck hard. whatever you're doing. it works well.

I tried to use a kind of "triplet" clawhammer: down stroke-thumb-pick up-down stroke...and so on...
