Roy Smeck Concert Uke in very good , crack free condition.
spruce top and mahogany back and sides
13 inch scale, a 6-7/8" lower bout, and a 1-7/16" nut
fretboard is made of Brazilian rosewood and has 12 brass frets, pearl double-dot markers at frets 5, 7 and 10
mechanical friction pegs with black plastic buttons
sunburst front, back, and neck, white/black/white binding top and white on back
minor dings and scratches and scuffs and finish crazing, no cracks
bridge has some smudges around it and might have been reglued sometime in it's long life.
The neck is slightly wider than what is now "standard", which , for me , makes it a little more playable.
This uke has lots of volume and that woody, plunky vintage sound.
action about 3mm at 12th fret.
Selling because I keep trying to like soprano's, but I so prefer to play my Koaloha concert.

$200 shipped CONUS UPS ground. others inquire for shipping.paypal ok but not preferred.

the Compass Rose is also available for sale, and will be listed in a forthcoming post. the Red burst dolphin is not.
sorry I have no soprano case, but it will be securely packed and double boxed.
