Ukulele Jam in Fairfax, CA

Just about every Saturday there is an ukulele jam at The Sleeping Lady in Fairfax, CA (Marin County). I was thinking of checking this one out and I wanted to know if anybody else here has attended before. If so, what did you think?

One thing I'd like to know is if this jam is beginner-friendly. I've only been playing ukulele for a few months, and even though I'm a quick learner because of my previous experience with other instruments, I still consider myself a beginner. I want to make sure I can keep up with the other players!

I went once, about a year ago. I'd say it was beginner friendly, but you might need to share the printouts with somebody. If you feel like you can't keep up, there's no shame in just hanging out, and strum along when you can. I also liked that they had a really good bass player. Have fun!
