This is a special new vintage style concert size uke made of figured Koa for the
body. The bindings, rosette, fingerboard inlays and end trim are handmade vintage
style rope made of white poplar and rosewood. The top purfling is a series of maple and koa wood strips. The neck is Honduran mahogany with a graphite truss rod. There are 12 frets to the body, 17 total. Frets are slightly larger than small uke frets making playing easy and smooth. Rosewood fingerboard and bridge. Fossilized ivory bridge pins. Abalone dot fret markers and logo inlay. Bone nut and saddle. Grover brand friction tuners with handmade rosewood knobs. High gloss nitro-lacquer finished to a satin smooth touch. 15" playing scale. Beautiful uke! What type of fret wire did you use? Is it darker than normal,
or does it just appear that way in the pictures? Thanks

The fret wire is standard, the darker look is just reflection. Thanks for asking and the comments.
