New String, what a difference

So i ordered the Aquila Nylgut for my Makala MK-S and they arrived today.

I put them on and after some manual stretching and tuning all i have to say is WOW.. those crapy black strings that came with it were so dead and muted, these strings have a bright full sound and hold their tuning WAY better (and they are brand new)

I have been playing and re-tuning all morning and they are very quickly settling.

I thought this cheap uke was going to need to be replaced very soon, but now im very happy with the sound (for now)

Also the Nylgut strings are easier on the fingers.

I too found Aquilas made a world of difference on my Makala
