Just found this nifty (and free) little app: http://www.chordmaestro.com/
It shows you the chord diagrams for many different chords in different inversions all the way up the neck. It can also show the inversion starting at fret x which could be handy if you were playing up a neck and needed to know for instance where the nearest BbM7 was.
You have to do a small amount of setup to get it to uke tuning and then you're away. it's very easy to use.
What's more it comes with a metronome too!
Reckon I will find this pretty useful in future, it should compliment my Hal Leonard chord book well.
