how did you hear about him and how does it sound..how old is it..can you compare the sound with any of your other ukes??

Woodley makes some beautiful instruments. He is currently president of the Big Island Ukulele Guild.

The uke is very light even being a bolt on. It has carbon fiber in the neck I believe. I got it late 2011, it sounds a little bit more like Pepe Romero jr and T's guitar ukulele, very nice rich mellow sound.

A few pics of my custom Woodley W. Slothead with waverly is another good option. Im reallly loving the ukes made by classical guitar builders.

That custom looks nice Josh..based on pic, the headstock looks really long...is the headstock longer than other ukes you own and how's the balance?
