trying out with your ukulele?
I just played my uke in a band at my schools music grand prix.
Played my risa solid soprano, and people laughed (then clapped) when our lead-singer introduced me as "the ukulele player"
Nobody in Denmark knows about the ukulele!
But needless to say people weren't laughing afterwards. Got many compliments actually.

Good Luck on the tryout!!!!!
naw is just for regular musical auditions. I think i made it in, but actually the choir director for my school wanted me to accompany the junior high band with my uke for a version of somewhere over the rainbow. lol!
