Does anyone else have a VERY tough time getting a fresh sanding sleeve on one of these?

Put it in the freezer for a while. The rubber will contract. Also, when you're not using it, back off of the compression nut.

Thanks! Makes perfect sense. I feel a little dumb because I work in an aerospace machine shop where bushings are are "deep frozen" before being press-fitted into machined pieces daily. D'oh. At any rate, thanks.
