Hi,

I tried to play the famous song by Adele on my Harp Ukulele. :D

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VRVhyWK8EMw

Still have to play it a few hundred times to get the thumb eighth notes rolling without influencing the other fingers. ;)

Video and sound (raw) recorded with my Zoom Q3.

Cheers,
Linho

Good performance

Good performance with bass.
You played it in Em. In that case, how do you tune bass strings?

You have to stop posting these videos... because you're really making me want a harp uke!

Thanks a lot! :D

@ttom: I tuned the bass strings on my harp ukulele to C D E F#.
I don't play the F# of course, but I don't need this sub string in most of my arrangements. Since I play a harp ukulele piece in the key of F# minor, where I need the F#, I'm to lazy to retune the strings depending on which song I play so I always leave them C D E F#. I wanted to experiment with different or open tunings in the past never did.

@RichM: I highly recommend you this instrument if you want to add deep bass notes to ukulele like playing. ;)

Hehe, thanks. Indeed it's an amazing instrument.

You and RichM better don't look at the video section tomorrow since I gonna post a new Harp Ukulele video. ;)
