The title pretty much references what I'm asking... is there a Pentatonic scale for the uke? If so, can anyone post a format of it?

When it comes to questions such as this its not that hard for you to modify guitar resources for your own purposes.

Ukulele compared to guitar. A ukulele strung low G is a guitar with a capo on fret 5 and the 2 bass strings removed. If your ukulele is strung reentrant then its only the top 3 strings.

The short answer is "no". Pentatonic scales exist to be played on any instrument. They are exactly the same notes, whether played on a uke, guitar, bagpipe, sousaphone or sung.

For instance, the pentatonic scale of C is the notes C D E G A. Some people call this the major pentatonic. To play this simply in open position on the uke, play:

Open 3rd string
2nd fret 3rd string
Open 2nd string
3rd fret 2nd string
Open 1st string

Pentatonic scales all follow this same format: start on any note, up 2 frets (half steps), up 2 frets (half steps), up 3 frets (half steps) up 2 frets (half steps). Playing it smoothly though, would mean using several string not just one. In other words, play the same notes on a different string so that your hand moves less. This means that you can play it smoothly.

There is a bit more to it, but these are the basics.
