Someone pointed out the other day that an importer is starting to market ukes under the name "Oño". "Ono" of Southern Oregon is still in the picture and here are three new concerts to prove it.

Man, it's tough to choose the pick of that litter. They look great.

Nope, not hard to choose the pick of that litter (for me, anyway). That walnut is what I've been looking for! Sigh. So want to see it complete and hear it played. :)

Wow! Those are gorgeous! I would also have a hard time choosing...

So you've been busy David! Those are three stunning ukes (especially the walnut). As an owner of an Ono (#10) I can only add this: great playability, acoustics & aesthetics. It's pro all the way. For me your ukes are the genuine Ono's.

beautiful looking instruments David. this is the real Ono. sweet, delicious, true to the name.

Thanks, gents. You are very kind!

I was going to do a set of tenors next but there seems to be some interest in the concerts so I could be persuaded to change my plan.

Are all of these spoken for?

Beautiful "soon to be" ukes!

some progress pics on the claro walnut and alaskan yellow cedar/myrtle concert ukes...

Sigh.

Just reinforcing my desire to have one made by David in walnut. :)
