Peavy Millenium BXP 5 String

Anybody own or played one of these? I am thinking about getting back into bass a bit and these seemed like good value for the price point. The 5 String U Basses are very nice but at over a grand, its just not something I can swing right now.

Any thoughts are well appreciated.
