No, the spacing between frets on a baritone uke is a little smaller. Typical scale length on a bari is 19 to 20 inches, while most full size acoustic guitars the scale length is around 25 inches. Fret distance is directly related to the scale length, so the distance between the frets will be roughly 20 percent less on the bari.
One thing that is nice is that the distance between strings is actually a little wider on most bari ukes than it is on most steel-string guitars - closer to what you see on classical guitars. Or, at least, it certainly feels that way. Now that I think of it I don't think I've ever set my bari ukes side-by-side with any of my guitars...
