It is part of a longer documentary on his life which is well worth the watch since it charts
the movement of the blues from the Delta to Chicago. You get the impression that he came
from a repressive religious background and even though he wanted to have a good relationship
with his mother. It was not to be.
It is worth it just to see Hubert Sumlin talk about the Wolf and play some of his famous licks.
It is also obvious that the British Blues Boom and the Rolling Stones in particular was influential
in bringing his music to the public. They invited him to the UK in the 60's.
