I could make due with one replacement but would prefer to replace all four with better functioning tuners. Mine are tired and one lost a button.

Can you post a picture of what you're looking for? I have a set of 6 Kluson tuners with keystone knobs for a guitar that I am not using, am I close to what you're wanting?

These are the tuners I'm looking to replace with similar issue. I don't want to expand the holes to put in something like pegheads.
