Transition from High G to Low G

I just restrung my tenor with Low G. I've never played Low G before. Are there any tips or resources that might shorten my learning curve? i've already realized many of the high G instrumentals that I've memorized don't seem to work with high G.

Many songs are written for Low G, and I don't see why you would have any problems with that transition, especailly if you play using tabs.

I didn't think there would be any learning curve except for possibly picking that might use the high 'g' alternating with the high 'a'. You'll just get a different sound.

Be aware of your bass note of the chords. With a lower string, your chords may sound better if you spell them differently. I love my low G, it fills out my sound and is nice when I am playing with high G ukers.
