Quick question about uploading sound files

Greetings.. I have recorded 2 sound files on my Mac using Quicktime recorder and a Blue Yeti mic. Files were uploaded to SoundCloud and also exist on my Mac desktop. How might I add the files to a post for the marketplace? I have no clue about the file format, so will they be available on PC's and Macs once linked in the post? TIA.... Bob

I would just include a link to the file on soundcloud.
