SpruceHouse is a brand of ukes made by luthier Al McWhorter in Eugene, Oregon. He makes beautiful custom ukes, as well as a line of simple-design sopranos and concerts. This is his basic model.
This one has a top of solid sapele, a variety of mahogany. Back and sides are laminate sapele. The uke is feather-light, with good projection of a mahogany tone. It's in excellent condition, with no scratches, dings or strum marks that I can see. Action is medium height.

On the SpruceHouse Ukuleles site, this model sells for $255.
I'm posting mine at $160 shipped ConUS. No case, but super well packed.
It's remarkable to find a luthier-made uke at this price point. It's a great step up from a starter uke, and it would be a nice office uke.
