signing up for UU+

Has anyone tried signing up for UU+ recently and was successful? I tried about a year ago, was not successful, sent an email to Ryan per instructions on the sign up page, and never heard back from him. Recently my job situation changed allowing me more time with the ukulele so I decided to sign up. I am disappointed but the page still does not seem to be working. I am unsure if I am doing it incorrectly because I am technology challenged so please let me know if you have any ideas. Thanks in advance.

I signed up a couple of weeks ago with no problem. What are you being told when you sign up unsuccessfully?

No message is given. The submit button, after I enter all the information, does not seem to work with Visa or American Express.

I also signed up without an issue, but I paid via paypal.

I also did PayPal. Sorry I can't help.
