here's just about the only one available on the market: http://www.theukulelesite.com/kanilea-custom-shop-premium-koa-super-tenor.html

I'm pretty sure that it exists as a non-premium, non-custom, but I couldn't find a picutre with a quick search.

Also, there's this: http://www.ukuleleunderground.com/f...est-check-Cedar-and-Walnut-BlueGrassUke-Tenor
This is my post - i'd be willing to come down a bit on the price.

There are maybe half a dozen of these BluegrassUkes floating around out there. They haven't built any new ones in quite some time...

HAS im new to ukuleles can you string a baritone gcea then?

How about this? (at HMS) http://www.theukulelesite.com/ukuele-market/kanilea-k1-st-hawaiian-koa-gloss-tenor-oahu-case.html A standard K-1 in Super Tenor size (larger lower bout), gloss finish. I've played one recently and it was really lovely, but I ended up preferring the satin finish.

Southcoast has a GCEA baritone set (all non-wound) that I've used and really sound great if you don't want to use any wound strings.

Also, William King makes an 18" scale tenor that is half way between a traditional tenor and baritone.

Whats a nice baritone to get around £150 in the uk?

I have a baritone strung GCEA. Don't do it, please!

Why do you feel the need for a big body? Any reason in particular?

Even though I'm a small soprano, I do know a few jumbo tenors. ;)

Why should I not do it?
I just restrung by baritone tonight because it just didn't sound right with GCEA. Even though a baritone is a new scale for me and everything I own is either high or low GCEA, I could just tell it was missing something. There wasn't enough resonance or whatever.

I now have DBGE on there and it has power and volume. I have to relearn all of my chord names for this tuning (same shapes, different sounds) but it "feels" better. Hard to explain. GCEA was bad, though. Major bad. Wasted $10 for the strings.
