I got a Thank You today

The longer we are here, the more we learn...
...who to buy from, who not to. The perfect string/uke combo. A particular model worth buying, or to avoid. An over priced seller vs. a great deal.
This knowledge we have gained, at some cost and time, we often share in threads. Today I got a PM from someone to say, "Thanks for the info".
I think that was cool, especially since it doesn't happen too often.

I sometimes thank people in public, in a subsequent post in the same thread.

UU is a community, not a service. I'm grateful just to hang out here. I got help with a specific question last week. UU has shortened the learning curve. Thanks everybody.
