After completing a Pete Howlett course, Pete kindly gave me a box of offcuts. Small pieces of Koa, but too nice to throw away, here is my Koa Travel uke. Mahogany neck, koa headplate and purpleheart bridge and fingerboard. The bridge does look large, but the body is small.

Hey, that's a peach!

Nicely done. Any chance of a sound comparison: Pretty Koa Travel Uke vs. standard concert?

Sorry, but I have not yet completed the other 2 concert ukes. One is all mahogany, the other has a cedar top. Both have piezo pickups under the bridge saddle.
Photo first of body in mold. Thinline bodies. 30mm deep.

Thanks for the offer. Loads, but the postage from the U.K. would be excessive. Easy enough to make, have a go.

Very cool. Love the look. How does it play?
