I have what I believe is generally a very good uke: a Kiwaya KTS-4.
My e strong rings / buzzes / rattles a good deal if my finger is just a little too far away from the fret. Much more so than the other three srings - which will only emit a ring if I am really really sloppy. I am surprised by this as I had heard so much great feedback on the quality of kiwaya.
Anything I can do about this? Is this kind of problem considered reasonable grounds for a return or exchange?
