Easy way to change between these chords Bm (7675), G (7775)

Anyone know a easy way to change from Bm (7675), G (7775), or cheat it. Kinda hard to go from Bm to G on these high chords. Mahaloz for help!

Pinky on E string 7th fret, ring on G string 6th fret, middle on C string 7th fret, pointer on A string 5th fret. To switch, take off you middle and pinky and use your ring to bar the top three strings. So it will be your ring finger on G C and E 7th fret, and your pointer on the A string 5th fret. If I'm wrong about the chord shape let me know.

Yea, the easiest way is to use your ring finger on the top three strings of the 7th fret. Kinda like holdin a D chord except you're on the 7th fret, just takes practice.
