Hi,

I'm looking to buy a 60's - 70's vintage soprano uke. Nothing fancy, a lower end model, with a little character, in good condition. Let me know what you have!

Thanks,

Roger

look at the no name "gumby' i have for sale in the marketplace under spring cleaning, or the Aria. both are nice, the gumby has more volume and a nicer tone, IMO.

Aloha Royal 1969 - 1970

I have 3 Aloha Royal soprano ukuleles 1969 - 1974
They were made by the Tokyo Stringed Instrument Mfg. Co. Ltd.
Kamaka contracted with this company to build the Kamaka Kelli.
The Aloha Royal are of a similar design, built in solid mahogany.

Here is an example photo.

That is not one my ukes but I have one that is in the same condition (or better) but w/ lighter blond mahogany body.

PM for photos and prices.

I think you may mean the KKEIKI, which were built in Japan for Kamaka. I had one and they are nice,if the Royals are similar, they should be pretty nice.
