Is Ko'olau only making customs?

Does anyone know if Ko'olau is currently only making customs?
Haven't seen a new T1 or T2 (nor sopranos or concerts) in many months.

I guess since Pono is bringing out so many great new production models, Ko'olau is concentrating on customs.

Yes only customs..last week there were two satin finished one's at The Ukulele Site(aka HMS) but they were sold in 2 days..

I have been there many times and never saw a Custom Ko'olau ..get ahold of Mike(MGM) he can put in orders for you.. or call Noa at Ko'olau directly..

And to boot, the Model 1 and 2 will no longer be on the menu; Ko'olau now starts with the Model 100, which has ebony fingerboard and abalone rosette. I snuck in an order for one last Model 1 back in December; they were the deal of the uke world. One revealing thing is, they have a 6-8 month backlog whereas it used to take 6-8 weeks. Mine should be ready in June. Hey, that's NEXT WEEK!
